It is sacred, not because the world says it is sacred, but because God says it is sacred. We need to guard marriage as sacred because it is the cornerstone of family. Your family will reflect your marriage and you are in control of this… Marriage is for grown folks! It’s not a game, it’s not something that should be approached lightly, and it definitely is not for immature children. When a man is ready to marry, he is ready to leave and cleave, to be united to his wife and sacrificially love her the way she deserves. Marriage is not about getting something from someone else, it is about giving something to someone else. Kids don’t know how to do this.
